2 shots whisky

shake vigorously with ice. strain. serve in martini glasses

Eden Rocks

cherry brandy
raspberry syrup
champagne

Mix 1 part rasberry syrup with 4 parts cherry brandy then top up with champagne and pour over crushed ice in a tall glass.

(you decide the strength you like)

Elisha's Ecstacy

1 shot (30mls) Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot (30mls) tia maria
1 shot (30mls) kahlua
1 table spoon in drink, drizzle in glass for effect honey
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
in can whipped cream
flake chocolate
flake for garnish (half whole, half crushed) chocolate

Blend together; Bailey's, tia maria, kahlua, 1 tablespoon of honey, chocolate icecream and one flake. Drizzle honey inside of colada glass, pour in blended ingredients. Top with whipped cream and crumble half over top and put other half in whole to garnish!

I just made this up as in went and i havn't tested it out yet. let me know if you like!

Fill glass coke
dash lemon juice
1 Shot tequila
2 Shots red wine
1 Shot vodka

Mix and shake all ingredients, except coke. Add to glass and fill with coke. Top with Martini olive.

Espressotini

1 1/4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot espresso
3/4 ounce gomme
1/2 ounce Cariel Vanilla Vodka
2 sprinkles chocolate

shake all ingreadiants in boston tin make sure espresso shot is cold, serve into a chilled martini glass

Eton Highball Soda

1 shot cherry brandy
1 shot gin
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
soda

Mix together with ice shake well and strain into a whisky glass. Top up with soda.

Evil Genius

2 shots gin
1 teaspoon creme de menthe
dash angostura bitters
1 shot lime juice

Shake all together with ice. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
